*THE TRAVEL PROCESS*

Traveling with large groups is very different than small, independent travel. Those who have traveled with us in the past know the drill; those who are joining for the first time, WELCOME! 

1. Fill out the Travel Confirmation Form

List ALL travelers, with their birthdates. We will need to accommodate everyone for the transportation process. 

2. Room Occupancy

All winners have a Jr. Suite Garden View Double room reserved for two people. Additional guests will be charged to your personal account as follows: $164 per night Adult, $103 per night Child (age 2-11). Maximum number of guests in room: 02 adults and 02 children or 04 adults. 

3. Ground Transportation

Anyone traveling with our group will have transportation to and from the airport arranged in advance at no charge. You must submit your flight details to be accommodated.

4/26/26 Sunday: Early Arrival for Staff and Directs

4/27/26 Monday: "Matt Smith Day"- All guests arrive with quality time spent around the pool. Welcome reception & group photos at sunset

4/28/26 Tuesday: Optional Golf outing (must pre-register)

4/29/26 Wednesday: Xcaret Adventure Day. 2 guests per room will be taken by bus to spend the day together. Meals, outings, and transportation are arranged and included. Guests who have more than 2 people will be required to purchase additional tickets for the Xcaret park. See more details below.

4/30/26 Thursday: PM Glow Party! Wear your bright, glowing colors and have some final fun with dinner and dancing together. 

5/1/26 Friday: Departure

4. Flights

 If you are a Gold Qualifier, you will be given up to $750 for air travel. Please see your Direct for instructions on how to book flights. Once you have confirmed air travel, we will need the itinerary with all of your group's travel details. If you are a Silver Qualifier, you are responsible for air travel and will need to upload your itinerary. We are required to submit flight numbers and exact times. We are only able to book ground transportation for those who submit a full flight itinerary. 

5. Xcaret/Xplor Adventure Day

Get ready for one of the most unforgettable days of the Chase the Ace trip. Xplor is an all-inclusive, high-adrenaline adventure park nestled in the jungle near Xcaret, designed for thrill-seekers and explorers alike.

Throughout the day, winners will experience ziplining high above the jungle canopy, driving amphibious vehicles through caves and forest paths, swimming and rafting through underground rivers, and exploring stunning caverns filled with stalactites. Every activity is designed to push comfort zones in the best way possible while delivering nonstop fun.

Xplor operates on a full-day schedule, with transportation, meals, snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks included. Expect an active, immersive experience from early morning until early evening.

   What to Know Before You Go

• This is a physically active adventure day. Comfortable movement is key.

• Closed-toe water shoes or sturdy footwear are required.

• Swimsuit, quick-dry clothing, and a change of clothes are highly recommended.

• Lockers and changing areas are available on site.

• Helmets, harnesses, and all safety equipment are provided by the park.
